Ambassador Vahe Gabrielyan's article in the "DIPLOMAT" magazine.
On the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia, an article by Ambassador Gabrielyan was published in the September issue of the "DIPLOMAT" magazine. The Ambassador presents the achievements of Armenia during the years of independence and shares his insights on the current issues and priorities of the country. Please click here for the full text of the article, as submitted to the publisher.
Suprisingly, the editors of the "DIPLOMAT" magazine have taken the liberty to arbitrarily edit parts of the article without consulting the author. These changes have resulted not only in shift in accents but also in some factual mistakes. The editors have also added their own comments in a few places, a practice which is unacceptable. Please click here for Ambassador Gabrielyan's letter to the editor, protesting against such behaviour.
